In Relation to Initial Inspections

When you make arrangements for one of our staff to come and visit your premises, you are under no obligation to proceed with a sale, lease or valuation of your business.

All we ask from you is reimbursement of our reasonable travel costs incurred should you decide not to proceed.

In some circumstances, we may ask for a small "call out" fee if you decide to use another selling agent after you have obtained professional advice from us.

We have a fair practice charter, which outlines what information we need from you in order to proceed with the sale, lease or valuation. In no way does it commit you to any expenditure. Unlike some of our competitors we will not bring legally binding agreements with us for signature at the initial meeting!
