Dependent on your own instructions, a valuation will normally be required by your bank or lender and we shall need to take direct instruction from them in accordance with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual.
Normally a Bank will require us to report on a Market Value. We can provide valuations on both Feuhold and Leasehold businesses.
We will normally comment on the condition of a property and business in our report and take this into account in arriving at the value reported. However, if you require us to carry out a survey or report on condition, this will be at an additional fee.
